Description

We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our guests feel welcomed, attended to, and completely satisfied. Your focus will be on providing exceptional service, anticipating needs, and contributing to a positive and vibrant atmosphere.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Provide a warm, professional, and friendly welcome, and deliver engaging service to all guests. * Proactively monitor guest needs, and coordinate special requests, such as dietary requirements, cake or flower orders, and table preferences, as well as promoting special offers. * Manage table arrangements both before and during service, ensuring that all special requests are accommodated whenever possible. * Regularly check on guest satisfaction, promptly address their needs and feedback, and escalate any concerns to the Manager for appropriate follow-up. * Perform any other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Ability to work flexible schedules, including split shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Proficient in basic computer skills, well-organized, and highly self-motivated. * Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
