Responsibilities and Duties

- Maintain outlet service quality and ensure high customer satisfaction - Ensure food quality, presentation, and service recovery - Manage peak periods effectively with hosting and queue management - Assign and delegate duties among staff, supervising performance - Plan staff schedules and deployment - Manage staff discipline and performance issues - Execute administrative duties and prepare management reports - Maintain restaurant hygiene and upkeep - Achieve sales targets and control maintenance, labor, and food costs

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of F&B experience, preferably with managerial experience - High standard of customer service and willingness to learn - Strong supervisory and leadership skills
