Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee and manage all daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to established operational standards and procedures. * Manage the restaurant's financial performance by forecasting needs, scheduling expenditures through diligent monitoring of sales, labor, and food cost variations. * Create weekly staff schedules and daily floor plans to optimize team deployment. * Recruit, train, and continuously communicate with staff to cultivate a team that delivers exceptional service to every guest. * Recommend staff changes, including hiring, promotions, demotions, and vacation approvals, within assigned areas. * Ensure and maintain a safe working environment for both staff and guests. * Address customer feedback promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. * Fulfill all administrative and paperwork requirements efficiently and accurately. * Assist with and support any other relevant business tasks and responsibilities as directed by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Possess at least a certification in Tertiary education. * A minimum of 1 year of working experience within a fine-dining restaurant setting is essential for this role. * Prior experience in senior roles within Food & Beverage or Restaurant service is highly preferred. * Must be available to work 6 days a week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
