Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Operations Manager to lead Outlet Managers and oversee the smooth daily operations of all F&B outlets. Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, this role is responsible for driving profitability, service excellence, and brand standards while delivering memorable dining experiences. Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop the annual business plan and budget; monitor P&L to achieve or exceed targets. - Drive revenue and profitability through strategic planning, promotions, and cost management. - Lead upselling initiatives to maximize revenue. - Ensure high service standards across outlets, in line with Raffles brand and LQA standards. - Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence to enhance offerings and guest satisfaction. - Collaborate with the Cluster Director of Culinary on menu re-engineering and promotional dishes. - Partner with marketing and events teams to optimize revenue opportunities. - Oversee outlet operations, ensuring seamless coordination between service and kitchen teams. - Review and streamline processes, leveraging technology to improve productivity. - Personally manage VIP dining experiences, building rapport with key guests. - Lead, coach, and review performance of direct reports; ensure effective rostering and team productivity. - Conduct daily briefings and ensure compliance with brand, health, and safety standards. - Participate actively in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability initiatives. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Hotel Manager.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years of senior managerial experience in hospitality or F&B. - Strong business acumen and strategic decision-making skills. - Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities. - Creative, resourceful, and independent with strong planning skills. - Familiarity with international luxury guest expectations and local hospitality market. - Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
