Responsibilities and Duties

- Customer Experience and Satisfaction: - Create a positive and welcoming environment for all guests. - Ensure staff provide high-quality service and engage with guests to understand their needs. - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally, prioritizing customer satisfaction. - Team Leadership and Development: - Hire, train, and coach assistant and shift managers to achieve operational excellence. - Develop and implement new hire orientation programs. - Provide leadership to ensure staff adhere to restaurant standards and government regulations. - Delegate tasks to staff and shift leaders to meet objectives and provide excellent service. - Operational and Financial Management: - Monitor labor and product expenses to stay within budget and meet goals. - Manage operations with integrity, passion, and a thorough understanding of the restaurant's values and culture. - Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and manage inventory to control costs and minimize waste.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Required: - Previous experience in restaurant management. - Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the restaurant industry. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of customer service principles, including needs assessment and satisfaction evaluation. - Preferred: - Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and manage challenging situations. - College degree or equivalent.
