F&B Service Crew

Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist with the initial setup and final breakdown of the restaurant premises. * Support the Service Leader in organizing seating arrangements and preparing tables for guests. * Warmly greet customers and strive to provide an enjoyable dining experience for everyone. * Present menus or guide guests to our digital menu on the tables. * Develop a strong understanding of our menu, including ingredients in all dishes and beverages, to assist customers with their selections. * Collaborate effectively with fellow service staff and the kitchen/bar team. * Serve water and promptly refill glasses as needed. * Ensure the timely delivery of all food and beverage orders to the correct tables. * Complete assigned opening and closing side work tasks. * Ensure all service stations are well-stocked, clean, and regularly checked. * Assist in promptly cleaning up any spills and maintaining table cleanliness at all times. * Perform necessary housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash. * Handle customer inquiries in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner. * Offer suggestions and recommendations to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. * Address customer complaints and issues with a positive and solution-oriented attitude. * Provide support and assistance to the Service Leader with any other requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Fluent in both spoken and written English. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in restaurant service or the food and beverage industry; barista experience is a plus. * Basic certification in restaurant service is desirable, though a combination of practical experience and education will be considered. * Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on the guest experience. * Availability to work full-time with flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays. * Strong communication skills with the ability to promote sales and resolve conflicts effectively. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and the ability to multitask. * Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual demeanor. * A positive, cheerful, energetic, fun, and friendly personality. * A strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse work environment. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent attention to detail.
