This exciting opportunity seeks a motivated and organized individual to join a dynamic travel agency as a Reservation & Ticketing Executive. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients by managing bookings, reservations, and ticketing processes. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and staying up-to-date on industry trends.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage flight reservations, ticketing processes, and walk-in inquiries for clients. * Handle inquiries from passengers, travel agents, corporate clients, and booking service providers (BSPs) via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service. * Efficiently process flight reservations, mileage redemptions, ticket issuance, schedule changes, re-bookings, and re-issuances. * Maintain and update client member accounts, ensuring accurate profiles. * Inform clients about current travel promotions, provide program materials, and assist with travel forms. * Address customer feedback and complaints, coordinating with support teams to resolve issues effectively. * Participate in team meetings for strategic planning, including needs analysis and budget preparation. Identify new business opportunities within the travel industry. * Manage ticket handling and logistics for events. * Stay updated on market trends, airline requirements, and industry changes to ensure exceptional service. * Perform other duties assigned by management, ensuring effective implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a travel agency or related role. * Strong understanding of airfares, ticketing procedures, and reservation systems. * Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform well under pressure. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. * Proficiency in Air Ticketing and GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus) is a strong advantage. * Familiarity with Sabre GDS system is a plus.
