Description

This role focuses on the comprehensive management of daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and a positive dining experience for all guests. The individual will lead service staff, address customer needs, and contribute to continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage the daily operational flow of the restaurant. * Deliver high-quality service, ensuring an excellent dining experience for all guests. * Proactively anticipate guest needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Clear tables and present menus, and final bills. * Address customer complaints with professionalism and implement service recovery measures. * Ensure timely cleaning and resetting of tables after each course. * Gather customer feedback to enhance the overall customer experience. * Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of one year of managerial experience within the food and beverage sector. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in managing service staff.
