Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portioning guidelines * Assist in food preparation such as washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients * Maintain kitchen cleanliness, wash equipment, and ensure proper food storage * Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times * Assist with stock-taking and waste disposal * Support the Kitchen Supervisor or Chef with assigned tasks

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of cooking or kitchen operations experience preferred * Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards * Ability to handle fast-paced kitchen duties and stand for long hours * Physically fit, reliable, and punctual with a positive attitude
