Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with operational standards * Plan and control staffing to meet business needs * Develop team members through training, coaching, and mentoring * Review service quality audit reports and implement improvements * Handle customer requests and feedback * Coordinate with Chef to maintain consistent food quality

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage Service, preferably in premium, upscale dining, fine-dining, or 4-star/5-star Chinese restaurants * Experience in premium restaurant settings is a plus * Strong passion for delivering excellent service and process improvements * Good written and conversational Chinese to understand menus and communicate with customers and business partners * Team player with strong interpersonal skills
