Responsibilities and Duties

* Supervise the day-to-day running of the restaurant to guarantee seamless service and high levels of customer satisfaction. * Welcome and engage with guests, with a particular focus on creating a personalized and warm experience for Italian-speaking clientele. * Lead, train, and organize the schedules of all front-of-house team members. * Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain excellent quality and timely service. * Address guest concerns and feedback professionally and with a solution-oriented approach. * Oversee inventory levels, manage supply orders, and build strong relationships with vendors. * Ensure that all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are consistently followed. * Drive sales and support marketing efforts aimed at attracting Italian-speaking guests. * Prepare and analyze reports on financial and operational performance. * Represent and uphold the values and image of the restaurant.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Demonstrable experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a comparable leadership role within the hospitality sector. * Essential fluency in both Italian and English languages (both spoken and written). * Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. * Proven capacity to lead and inspire a team in a dynamic environment. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * A customer-centric approach with a meticulous attention to detail. * Familiarity with restaurant management software is advantageous. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
