Responsibilities and Duties
* Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and supervise the team, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency. Foster a positive and productive work environment. * Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including service flow, food quality, and facility maintenance, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. * Customer Service Excellence: Maintain and elevate high customer service standards, ensuring all patrons have a pleasant and memorable dining experience. Address feedback effectively. * Business Growth: Contribute to the successful growth of the business through effective management, strategic planning, and a proactive attitude. * Quality & Standards: Ensure the team consistently serves good quality food in a fast-paced environment and maintains impeccable hygiene and operational standards. * Planning & Organization: Utilize strong planning and organizational skills to manage schedules, resources, and daily tasks efficiently.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the Food & Beverage (F&B) or Hospitality sector. * Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and developing a team. * Exceptional customer service skills and a dedication to guest satisfaction. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as a team player. * Strong planning and organization skills to manage day-to-day operations effectively. * Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in high-pressure situations. * A positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a quick learner. * Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
