Sales Manager

Description

This role focuses on driving sales growth within the company's key business segments: Singapore FBO (Fixed Base Operator) and ground handling services, and aircraft management services. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, building customer relationships, and conducting market research to support business development.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Research and identify potential customers, develop strategies to engage them, and convert them into paying clients. * Achieve and exceed established sales targets on a consistent basis. * Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. * Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development. * Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and flight operations, to ensure sales strategies align with overall business objectives and operational capabilities. * Deliver high-quality customer service, address customer questions and concerns, and ensure their needs are met. * *Keep detailed and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information. * Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay informed about industry trends. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the specific needs of target customers and market segments. * Regularly provide feedback to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer needs. * Submit bi-weekly sales reports and client feedback, including data visualizations to support management decision-making.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. * At least two years of experience in the aviation industry. * Proven success and accomplishments in sales of services. * Strong ability to build positive relationships and excellent interpersonal skills. * Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin/Malay (depending on location) as a second language. * Proactive, meticulous, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. * Exceptional communication, interpersonal, relationship management, and professional sales skills. * A strong desire to learn and a commitment to professional development.
