Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare and cook food for all customers following our established service standards and procedures. * Complete all necessary preparation work during kitchen opening and closing times, including mise en place. * Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in all food preparation areas. * Wash and properly store all utensils and dishes. * Sort, store, and distribute ingredients efficiently. * Ensure consistent food quality and presentation according to our standard recipes. * Strictly adhere to portion control guidelines as directed by the chef. * Prepare guest orders in a timely and efficient manner. * Monitor the use of kitchen equipment and utensils to prevent damage and ensure regular maintenance. * Perform tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, and cooking various food items to prepare all menu items. * Dispose of rubbish and refuse regularly. * Clean food preparation equipment, floors, and other kitchen tools and areas. * Perform other related duties as assigned to support the kitchen operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and contribute to a busy kitchen environment. * Ability to follow instructions and procedures for food preparation and cooking. * Awareness of and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. * Ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team. * Basic understanding of food handling and storage procedures. * Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as washing, peeling, and chopping. * Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. * Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights. * A positive attitude and a willingness to assist with various kitchen tasks.
