Supervisor

Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to lead and guide our team. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in setting objectives, managing workflow, and ensuring that our team operates efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for coaching employees, identifying areas for improvement, and upholding our company's standards for safety and performance.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Establish daily, weekly, and monthly goals and communicate them clearly to team members. * Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and creating efficient schedules. * Oversee and provide guidance and coaching to employees. * Identify inefficiencies in processes and propose solutions for improvement. * Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Demonstrated experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role. * Strong organizational and leadership abilities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Ability to work extended hours and stand for prolonged periods. * Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
