Responsibilities and Duties

* Sales & Marketing: Plan and execute sales and promotions, and assist in developing marketing strategies and policies. Participate in market surveys on competitors. * Operational Management: Organize the outlet to be efficient, minimizing labor costs. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a consistently high standard of service. * Menu & Inventory: Develop menus in conjunction with the Executive Chef, keeping food and labor costs in mind. Ensure there are always enough supplies and that equipment is well-maintained. * Team Leadership: Develop and implement training programs for staff. Supervise service standards and conduct daily staff briefings to keep everyone informed. * Guest Relations: Maintain a close rapport with all guests and keep an up-to-date mailing list of regular patrons.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 5 years of prior restaurant and management experience. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-temperature kitchen conditions for extended periods. * Willingness to work nights, weekends, and public holidays. * Proficient in using touch-sensitive POS systems. * Strong ability to take direction and effectively delegate responsibilities.
