Responsibilities and Duties

- Assist the General Manager in interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, counseling, and disciplining clinic outlet staff. - Ensure daily checklists, requisitions, and proper opening and closing procedures are completed each shift. - Observe staff performance, provide feedback, and encourage continuous improvement. - Ensure all service standards as outlined in training materials are consistently followed by clinic and operational staff. - Provide guidance for improvements and implement necessary adjustments for consistency. - Utilize computer systems for billing, data entry, reporting, and correspondence. - Generate accurate daily and monthly reports in a timely manner. - Act as back-up support for clinical staff when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory or management experience in medical, therapy, or clinic operations. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Proficient in computer systems for reporting, data entry, and clinic operations. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to maintain service excellence while supporting staff development.
