Description

This role requires a highly creative and results-oriented individual to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for food and beverage outlets within a hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analytical, and project management skills, with a passion for the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and implement on-property marketing programs to increase awareness and patronage of food and beverage outlets. * Collaborate with station operations teams to brainstorm ideas, plan programs, and develop partner activations. * Provide support to restaurant managers in areas such as event planning, promotions, merchandise development, and holiday campaigns. * Collaborate with the creative department to design and produce menus, signage, campaigns, and other marketing collateral. * Work with marketing coordinators and CRM managers to develop and execute marketing efforts across various channels (social media, in-station networks, email, website). * Analyze sales revenue data to identify key business drivers and understand customer preferences. * Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing teams to curate food and beverage offerings and experiences that generate excitement and drive sales. * Set and track goals and return on investment (ROI) for promotions, specials, events, and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Director of Food & Beverage and Operations Manager. * Conduct audits and reviews of franchise business operations and identify appropriate solutions. * Maintain flexibility to undertake other duties and projects as needed to support overall business objectives. * Work with the sales team and F&B team to identify, cultivate, and convert valuable revenue opportunities. * Represent the company at selected market events to promote new business and expand sales and marketing opportunities. * Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications. * Develop marketing campaigns that align with brand identity and strategies. * Create data-driven commercial insights and strategies to acquire new customers. * Collaborate with the General Manager and extended teams to develop a comprehensive Marketing & Events Plan that identifies key market niches and segments.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven track record of at least 8 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, and promotions within the Food & Beverage industry. * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing. * Strong understanding of current market trends, consumer attitudes, and industry intelligence. * A commercial mindset with the ability to analyze market data and drive results. * Confident and dynamic personality. * Strong creative vision and the ability to think outside the box. * Skills in photography, graphic design, videography, and video editing are a plus. * Proficiency in digital media, social media platforms (e.g., TripAdvisor, Instagram, Facebook), photography, graphic design, and video editing. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Initiative, a proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic. * High level of professionalism and a polished demeanor. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or a related field.
