Marketing Manager

Description

This role is responsible for the coordination and development of marketing policies, programs, and campaigns. The Marketing Manager will also oversee the marketing department's daily operations, including staff management, market analysis, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Recruit, interview, hire, and train new marketing staff. * Manage the daily workflow of the marketing department. * Provide constructive and timely performance reviews. * Handle employee discipline and terminations according to organizational policy. * Gather and analyze data to identify new markets and customers, assess product and service demand, and evaluate the effectiveness of current marketing campaigns and strategies. * Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to ensure product sales and profitability. * Perform pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive pricing for products and services. * Stay informed about market trends and developments; identify needs for new products and services and make recommendations to leadership. * Analyze and evaluate the financial aspects of product development. * Collaborate on the development of new products. * Create, develop, evaluate, and conduct training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies. * Collaborate on, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities and trade shows. * Negotiate contracts for services necessary to implement marketing strategies. * Perform other related duties as assigned.
