We are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure excellence in service, team performance, and profitability. Responsibilities and Duties

*Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow *Achieve and exceed sales targets while upholding high service standards *Monitor and control operational costs and manage inventory/stocks effectively *Lead, train, and motivate staff to drive performance and guest satisfaction *Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve any issues promptly *Plan staff rosters, manage schedules, and oversee team productivity *Organize and coordinate internal meetings and training sessions *Contribute to HR matters including recruitment, appraisals, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling *Support strategic planning for enhanced efficiency and goal achievement *Act as a communication bridge between management, employees, and guests *Troubleshoot POS system issues and ensure proper system functioning *Promote a culture of learning, growth, and inclusivity within the team

Qualifications and Requirements

*Diploma in Food & Service Management, Business Management, or a related field *6 to 8 years of relevant experience in restaurant management *Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue management *Extensive F&B knowledge and service excellence background *Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems *Must be willing to work 5.5 days/week, including weekends and public holidays, on rotating shifts *Comfortable handling non-halal food and ingredients *Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
