Restaurant Manager

A dynamic and experienced restaurant manager is needed to lead the daily operations of a well-established Indian restaurant. This role focuses on ensuring efficient service, maintaining high standards, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee daily restaurant operations. * Manage and delegate tasks to staff. * Ensure smooth flow between kitchen and service operations. * Maintain high standards of service and food quality. * Handle customer inquiries and complaints. * Manage staff schedules and performance. * Maintain a positive and cheery restaurant atmosphere. * Perform under pressure and maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least 3 years of experience managing restaurants or similar establishments. * Strong command of written and spoken English. * Ability to speak Hindi and/or Tamil is preferred. * Positive, cheery disposition and ability to work under pressure. * Strong leadership and staff management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of Indian cuisine and restaurant operations.
