Responsibilities and Duties

- Greet and welcome guests with a positive attitude. - Take customer orders and process payments accurately. - Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, cold drinks, and baked goods to Tim Hortons standards. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and equipment. - Replenish stock items as needed (cups, lids, milk, etc.). - Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards. - Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals during peak hours. - Handle guest concerns or questions professionally and promptly. - Support teammates and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Passionate about F&B and customer service. - No experience required (training provided). - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple stations. - Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. - Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week and 6 months.
