Description

As a Retail Associate, you will represent the brand, bringing it to life through exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Whether assisting customers, stocking shelves, or maintaining the store's appearance, your role is essential in upholding our reputation for service excellence.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Customer Service: Greet customers and assist in finding products that meet their needs. Answer questions and provide recommendations based on preferences. * Sales Support: Drive sales by promoting current promotions, loyalty programs, and new products. Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience. * Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new products and services. Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills. * Inventory Management: Stock and organize products on the sales floor and in backstock. Assist with inventory counts and reorder stock as needed. * Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and well-maintained, including tasks like dusting, sweeping, arranging merchandise, and setting up promotional displays. * Checkout Operations: Use the POS system to efficiently process sales, returns, and exchanges. * Team Collaboration: Work with team members to meet store goals. Participate in meetings and suggest ideas to improve customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Retail Sales or Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, with a solid understanding of customer needs and sales processes. * Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly, clear, and professional manner. A warm and approachable personality is essential to building strong customer relationships. * Teamwork and Positive Attitude: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, contributing to a supportive and harmonious work environment. Maintain a positive attitude even during busy periods, ensuring high morale and teamwork. * Flexibility and Availability: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, to meet business needs and ensure coverage during peak hours.
