Restaurant Manager

Description

This position offers the opportunity to lead and manage multiple restaurant locations within a brand, ensuring consistent quality, operational efficiency, and profitability. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations across several locations.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Multi-Location Management: - Oversee the administration and operations of multiple restaurant outlets under a single brand. - Implement and ensure adherence to standardized procedures, rules, and regulations across all outlets. - Maintain and ensure the proper working condition of all equipment, reporting defects as needed. - Safeguard company property. - Manage daily sales deposits and ensure accuracy. - Ensure all outlets meet cleanliness and sanitation requirements. - Menu Development and Quality Assurance: - Collaborate with chefs and staff to develop menus that are appealing to customers. - Manage the efficient procurement and purchasing of supplies. - Estimate food and beverage costs and supervise portion control to minimize waste. - Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistent food preparation and service. - Marketing and Event Coordination: - Collaborate with management to plan marketing, advertising, and special events. - Staff Management and Development: - Oversee the hiring, training, and scheduling of food service personnel across multiple locations. - Customer Service and Issue Resolution: - Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality and service. - Process customer payments using the Point of Sale system. - General Duties: - Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Education and Experience: - Minimum GCE ‘N’ level (or equivalent) with 4-6 years of relevant experience in restaurant management, particularly with multi-location oversight. - Skills and Attributes: - Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Energetic and positive demeanor. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple locations and teams.
