Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare and cook food items according to specific recipes, portion sizes, and plating guidelines. * Maintain clean and organized workstations, adhering to high standards of hygiene in all kitchen areas. * Manage cold storage effectively, following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles to ensure ingredient freshness and safety. * Operate and maintain kitchen tools and equipment safely; provide support to junior team members in their equipment handling.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Passion for cooking and a genuine interest in the culinary arts. * For Commis III: Approximately 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen setting. * For Commis II: Approximately 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting. * For Commis I: Approximately 3-4 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting. * Background or experience in either Western or Chinese cuisine is advantageous. * A positive attitude, reliability, strong teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn and advance. * Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night hours.
