Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a driven and experienced leader to take the helm of our restaurant operations, maintaining a positive and thriving environment. In this role, you will be the linchpin in coordinating both front-of-house and back-of-house activities, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. You will also be instrumental in developing and guiding our team, optimizing efficiency, and driving profitability within our central location.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a positive and professional image. * Coordinate all front-of-house and back-of-house activities to guarantee smooth and efficient service delivery. * Onboard and develop new and existing team members with a focus on outstanding customer service techniques. * Oversee staff training programs, create work schedules, and conduct performance evaluations. * Organize and supervise staff shifts effectively. * Address and resolve customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, offering suitable solutions. * Ensure strict adherence to all safety and sanitation regulations within the restaurant. * Manage operational expenses and implement strategies to minimize waste and maximize resource utilization. * Stay informed about industry trends and develop creative approaches to enhance operational efficiency. * Prepare relevant operational reports. * Analyze sales data and forecast trends to optimize profitability and revenue generation.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in food and beverage operations, demonstrating a strong understanding of restaurant management principles. * Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and customers. * Ability to commit to working on weekends and Public Holidays, as required by the operational needs.
