Assistant Restaurant Manager

Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our front-of-house team. As a member of our Assistant Restaurant Manager you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and satisfying dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Greet and welcome customers warmly; escort them to their tables. *Present menus, take accurate orders (including special requests), and input them into the POS system. *Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate order delivery. *Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints politely and professionally. *Arrange and maintain clean and tidy table settings before, during, and after meals. *Clear courses as completed, replace utensils, and refill water glasses. *Process customer payments efficiently and accurately. *Stay updated on daily specials, menu changes, and special customer requests. *Maintain strong product knowledge of all food and beverage offerings. *Uphold cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with company and regulatory policies. *Work collaboratively with team members while also able to perform independently. *Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Experience in F&B or customer service is preferred, but training will be provided. *Good command of both Chinese and English (to interact with a diverse customer base). *Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. *Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction. *Team player with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. *Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
