Retail Sales Assistant

Description

We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Associates to join our team. Your responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, assisting with purchases, and ensuring merchandise is properly tagged and stocked. You will support store operations by handling deliveries, performing cashiering duties (training provided), and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store. This role requires a proactive attitude and a commitment to creating a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their purchases. Attach price tags to merchandise displayed on the shop floor. Restock shelves to ensure adequate product availability. Support store operations by assisting with deliveries. Perform cashiering duties (training will be provided). Maintain cleanliness and uphold good housekeeping standards within the store.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants are required to be fully vaccinated. Permanent Residents of Singapore, regardless of nationality, are encouraged to apply. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, are essential. Must be available for shift work and a 5-day workweek. Prior experience in retail is an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take initiative independently without direct supervision. A minimum qualification of GCE 'N' level is required.
