Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare ingredients for cooking by cutting meat and vegetables according to instructions. * Perform basic food preparation tasks as needed. * Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in all work areas. * Demonstrate comfort and competence in handling knives and cutting tasks. * Be able to stand and work for the duration of the scheduled hours.
