Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled culinary professional to join our kitchen team as a Demi Chef de Partie. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and presentation within your designated section. You will also contribute to the development of junior chefs and the overall profitability of the kitchen, all while adhering to established operational guidelines.
Responsibilities and Duties

Qualifications and Requirements
* Previous experience as a Commis 1 or equivalent. * Solid understanding of fundamental cooking techniques. * Ability to collaborate with the Chef de Partie on buffet setups and contribute creative ideas, staying informed about current culinary trends. * Sound practical and technical knowledge relevant to a specific kitchen outlet. * A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work. * Strong teamwork and communication skills. * A commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. * A good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
