Restaurant IMAMURA is the brainchild of Michelin-starred Chef Hirofumi Imamura, who is pleased to bring his eponymous restaurant to Sentosa, Singapore. Every aspect of the restaurant, from its artfully crafted dishes to the exquisite ambience, has been prepared with the utmost passion and precision, designed to appeal to the five senses.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure and enforce high standard of cleanliness in and around the workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations • Perform required duties and report to the management on issues such as food costs and weekly reviews, • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Head Chef • At least 2 year(s) in pastry making experience. • Prepare desserts, fruits, ice cream, and pastries as assigned by Head Chef • Be familiar with the ingredients used, and seasonality of ingredients. • Positive, motivated, and good communication skills • Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback • Keep the Head Chef informed of issues and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternate actions

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 2 year(s) in pastry making experience.

Working Condition

Working hours

・5~6 days, 2pm-11pm from Tuesday to Sunday, ※6 days off per month
