Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare and cut fresh fruits, assemble sandwiches, and blend nutritious fruit beverages. * Assist in the creation of delicious jellies and desserts. * Accurately portion out meals and carefully pack them for service. * Correctly label and stamp all prepared items according to guidelines. * Transport food items to designated chillers and storage areas. * Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of all assigned work areas. * Assist with other necessary tasks within the kitchen as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Possession of a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. * A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in food preparation or cooking. * Ability to comfortably stand for extended periods (8-10 hours) with scheduled breaks. * Willingness and ability to wear full Personal Protective Equipment (Safety Boots, Hair Net, Apron, Arm Sleeves, Gloves) at all times. * Compliance with specific healthcare vaccination requirements: * Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including primary doses and booster). * Received 2 doses of Varicella (chickenpox) vaccine. * Received 2 doses of MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccine. * Received 1 dose of Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis) vaccine.
