Restaurant Supervisor

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to support the restaurant's operations and ensure a seamless and exceptional dining experience for our guests. In this role, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager, overseeing daily activities, maintaining operational efficiency, and leading our team to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures. * Perform daily operational tasks such as taking orders, handling cashier duties, consolidating daily sales, managing reservations, and serving food and beverages. * Consistently provide excellent customer service and effectively address customer feedback. * Lead and train team members to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and productivity. * Manage and oversee all storage supplies to ensure smooth restaurant operations. * Monitor inventory levels to ensure efficient resource utilization and minimize waste. * Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and professional appearance at all times. * Ensure compliance with Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all work areas. * Ensure the restaurant meets all licensing requirements, such as liquor licenses, and promptly address any necessary repairs. * Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of a Diploma in Food and Beverage Management. * Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the F&B industry. * Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment. * Ability to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Customer-oriented, service-focused, responsible, and possesses a positive work attitude.
