Reservations Sales Executive

Description

This role is essential for providing excellent customer service and driving revenue for the hotel. The Reservation Agent will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, processing reservations, and ensuring accurate and efficient reservation management.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries regarding reservation details. * Accurately answer questions, confirm reservations, and process booking requests. * Ensure all reservation information is accurately recorded and entered into the hotel's system. * Stay updated on room availability and any changes in hotel room rates. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reservation requests. * Maximize room sales by effectively upselling available upgrades and packages to guests. * Maintain and update a reservation request form file for easy access and reference.
