Responsibilities and Duties

* Provide support in the kitchen and assist with the preparation of food items. * Prepare necessary equipment to facilitate the cooking process. * Accurately weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to established recipes. * Maintain a high standard of food preparation and service within the kitchen, adhering to required guidelines. * Ensure accurate and consistent cooking techniques and food presentation. * Keep all kitchen areas clean, tidy, and well-organized. * Adhere to proper hygiene practices in line with Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene policies. * Take responsibility for cost control and actively work to minimize food waste.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Possess a GCE N Level certificate or higher. * Have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar kitchen role.
