Responsibilities and Duties

*Direct food preparation and collaborate with the Executive Chef on daily operations. *Assist in designing and updating food and beverage menus. *Produce high-quality dishes in both taste and presentation. *Supervise and guide kitchen staff to ensure consistency and performance. *Help with menu planning, inventory control, and supply management. *Ensure food quality, freshness, and kitchen cleanliness at all times. *Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with regulations. *Contribute creative ideas to improve kitchen performance and customer satisfaction. *Train and mentor new employees. *Schedule staff shifts and ensure proper coverage. *Order food supplies and monitor inventory levels. *Maintain and troubleshoot kitchen equipment. *Quickly and effectively address any issues or challenges in the kitchen.
