Responsibilities and Duties

* Daily Operations Management: Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring a positive outlet image and smooth service delivery by coordinating both front- and back-of-house teams. * Team Leadership: Train, coach, and manage new and current staff on customer service best practices, work performance, and shift schedules. * Guest Relations: Respond promptly to customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction. * Cost & Efficiency: Control operational costs and identify innovative measures to reduce wastage and increase efficiency. Analyze and forecast sales figures to maximize profits. * Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations. * Strategic Development: Maintain market awareness and develop new processes to enhance restaurant operations. Prepare reports to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field is required. * Proven work experience of at least 2 years as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality management role. * Strong leadership and financial management skills. * Excellent communication skills and a highly customer service-oriented mindset. * Ability to manage and supervise shifts effectively.
