Responsibilities and Duties

* Resolve customer issues. * Ensure and maintain high customer service standards. * Collaborate with the marketing department to communicate information to staff. * Gather customer feedback and report to management. * Work with the kitchen crew to ensure food quality. * Handle administrative duties (ordering stock, cashiering, duty rostering). * Maintain restaurant cleanliness and hygiene. * Maintain equipment for long-term use.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in any field. * 3 years of supervisory experience or higher in a hotel or restaurant setting. * Proficiency in spoken and written English.
