Responsibilities and Duties

* Operational Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of multiple Mixed Vegetable Rice stalls, ensuring smooth and efficient service. * Manpower Management: Plan manpower, recruit new staff, and schedule monthly duty rosters for all food stall employees. * Administrative & Payroll: Submit staff attendance and leave records to the office for payroll processing. * Hygiene & Standards: Monitor food hygienic SOP practices at each stall and conduct random checks as needed to ensure compliance. * Financial Performance: Analyze the cost of goods sold and motivate staff to achieve monthly sales targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the F&B industry. * Experience in managing operations in coffee shops or food courts is highly desirable. * Strong skills in manpower planning and staff management. * Ability to conduct cost analysis and implement strategies to drive sales. * Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to maintaining food hygiene and safety standards.
