Description
A technology firm is seeking a Regional Vice President to spearhead business growth and strategic direction within the enterprise and public sectors of the Singaporean market. The primary objective of this role is to drive revenue expansion by acquiring new customers and cultivating existing accounts, consistently meeting and exceeding established sales targets and performance benchmarks. The ideal candidate will be a highly accomplished sales leader with a proven track record of managing successful sales teams in a fast-paced, technologically oriented, and client-acquisition-focused business environment. They should also possess a strong desire to empower users to overcome their most complex challenges using innovative solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Gaining comprehensive knowledge of the organization's technological platform, its key messaging, its partner ecosystem, and the competitive market landscape. - Playing an active role in and taking ownership of the development of sales plans, compensation structures, and strategies for segmenting the customer base. - Guaranteeing the fulfillment of assigned sales quotas through proactive leadership and championing the organization's established sales approach. - Fostering a team-oriented atmosphere characterized by openness, innovation, and ongoing improvement. - Building and maintaining collaborative partnerships with representatives from the open-source community and partner networks. - Traveling frequently to assist with securing deals, fulfilling managerial obligations, and providing necessary support to the team. - Working in close collaboration with the organization's leadership to provide a consistently positive experience for customers.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A consistent history of successfully guiding teams to surpass quotas and achieve objectives within a high-velocity, technically focused business environment centered on acquiring new clients. - Significant experience in leading SaaS sales teams. - Established relationships with key decision-makers at important client organizations in Singapore. - The ability to function effectively in an entrepreneurial-minded environment. - Experience overseeing both enterprise and public sector segments within the Singaporean market. - Experience implementing operational procedures to ensure precise sales forecasting, accurate CRM data management, and consistent adherence to established sales methodologies.
