Description

We are looking for a friendly and dedicated individual to provide exceptional service and ensure our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, attending to guest needs, and coordinating with the team to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Provide a professional, warm welcome and engaging service to all guests. * Assist in monitoring guest needs, and coordinate special requests, such as dietary requirements, cake or flower orders, and table preferences. * Allocate and inspect table settings before and during service, ensuring special requests are accommodated whenever possible. * Check on guest satisfaction, address their needs and feedback, and follow up with the Manager as needed. * Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Company.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Must be able to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Comfortable using computers, well-organized, and self-motivated. * Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
