An exciting opportunity awaits a motivated and experienced service professional to join our expanding team. We are opening a new location and seek a dedicated Service Supervisor to ensure seamless daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will be a key player in maintaining our high standards and contributing to the successful launch of our new venture.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Directly oversee and support food and beverage service staff during all operational hours. * Guarantee consistently high service quality and ensure optimal guest satisfaction. * Assist in the training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of team members. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain adequate stock. * Address guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. * Enforce compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. * Support management in implementing initiatives to enhance service quality. * Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting. * Facilitate effective communication and coordination between kitchen, bar, and service teams. * Maintain and promote the brand's standards and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Demonstrated experience in a supervisory capacity within the food and beverage or hospitality industry. * Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service operations. * Exceptional communication and leadership abilities. * A strong customer-centric approach with proactive problem-solving skills. * Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and effectively manage pressure. * Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications. * A diploma or certification in Hospitality Management is advantageous. * Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Ability to perform other duties as assigned by management.
