Our client is expanding in Singapore and is seeking a Retail Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager to lead and develop a high-performing store team. The role focuses on sales leadership, team development, and operational excellence in a premium sports retail environment located at Marina Bay Sands. Responsibilities and Duties

- Lead the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver authentic guest experiences. - Provide real-time coaching and manage customer feedback or escalations. - Inspire, retain, and develop team members through hiring, onboarding, and training. - Ensure professionalism and accountability across the team. - Oversee daily operations, inventory, safety, and visual merchandising standards. - Manage store budgets and operational efficiency. - Represent the brand authentically and drive community engagement. - Execute brand events and communicate brand updates effectively to the team.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail management. - Strong leadership and team coaching skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficient in retail operations, inventory control, and visual merchandising. - Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience and drive sales results.
