We're looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Kitchen Assistants or Supervisors at our lively, fast-casual eatery. Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist in the preparation of food and drinks, including prepping fresh ingredients for our signature salads and matcha-based beverages. * Contribute creatively! We encourage you to share your own ideas for salad bowls, matcha drinks, or new menu items. * Handle bulk orders and catering preparation, ensuring quality and efficiency in large-scale food production. (Experience in this area is a plus). * Master the art of matcha preparation (training will be provided). * Manage kitchen inventory and assist with deliveries, which may involve carrying supplies. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in both the kitchen and front-of-house areas. * Be physically fit and comfortable handling kitchen equipment and ingredients. * (Optional) Contribute to creating engaging social media content for our brand.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Prior kitchen experience is beneficial, but we welcome applications from passionate beginners and will provide training. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Strong teamwork and communication skills. * High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining our food quality. * Physical fitness to carry supplies as needed. * An interest in healthy food, matcha, and social media is a plus. * Basic food and hygiene certification, and adherence to grooming standards.
