Responsibilities and Duties

* Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers to ensure high-quality service and product standards * Collaborate with managers to maintain correct stock levels across stalls and shops * Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements * Continuously review product ranges to maintain key quality standards * Manage and control operational budgets, ensuring targets are met * Act as purchasing officer and budget controller, maintaining strong supplier relations * Support planning and implementation of new menu ideas and specifications with the F&B team * Provide leadership, counseling, and feedback to peers and staff * Create an open and trust-based environment with regular performance coaching

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management or operations * Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards * Proven ability in supplier relationship management and purchasing * Demonstrated experience with budgeting and cost control * Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills * Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability * Ability to manage multiple outlets or stalls in a fast-paced environment
