Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare meal ingredients including washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing * Assist kitchen staff in unloading food supplies from delivery trucks * Wash and dry dishes, utensils, cooking instruments, and cutting boards properly * Organize and store utensils, cooking tools, dishes, and cutting boards neatly * Remove garbage, replace bags, and clean garbage cans * Store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards * Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least 1 year of relevant kitchen experience * Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices * Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment * Physically fit and able to handle kitchen duties and lifting tasks
