Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare meal ingredients including washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing * Assist kitchen staff in unloading food supplies from delivery trucks * Wash and dry dishes, utensils, cooking instruments, and cutting boards properly * Organize and store utensils, cooking tools, dishes, and cutting boards neatly * Remove garbage, replace bags, and clean garbage cans * Store ingredients and food items according to food safety standards * Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

* Assist the chef with meal preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients * Help kitchen staff unload food from delivery trucks. * Properly wash and dry all tableware, utensils, cooking tools, and cutting boards. * Neatly organize all appliances, cooking tools, dishes, and cutting boards in their designated places. * Store ingredients and food according to food safety standards. * Perform additional duties as required.
