Service Crew

Description

A family-friendly karaoke operator with multiple outlets is hiring Service Crew to join its team. We are looking for full-time and part-time crew members to provide quality customer service and support smooth daily operations during our operating hours (7pm–3am or 12pm–9pm). Responsibilities and Duties

* Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude * Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately * Ensure guests receive attention and assistance at all times * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of KTV rooms and work areas * Perform cashiering duties and handle payments * Support team members with housekeeping and tidiness of the outlet * Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum Secondary school education * Outgoing, service-oriented, and cheerful personality * Independent, self-motivated, and well-groomed * Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays * Prior experience in Karaoke or F&B industry preferred
