Responsibilities and Duties

- Plan staffing schedules and duty rosters efficiently. - Conduct training sessions for crew members to ensure service quality. - Manage food and beverage costs to meet budget expectations. - Collaborate with the marketing and communications team on promotions. - Coordinate and oversee monthly stock-taking activities. - Handle customer complaints and operational issues promptly. - Ensure smooth weekend operations during peak customer flow. - Maintain operational standards and team performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in F&B operations. - Strong leadership, training, and cost management skills. - Willing to work on weekends; weekly rest day on a weekday. - Ability to communicate in South Indian languages is an advantage.
