KITCHEN ASSISTANT & DRIVER

Description

We are seeking a diligent and adaptable individual to join our team in a role that encompasses both central kitchen duties and Sunday delivery responsibilities. This multifaceted position involves preparing and packaging food items in our central kitchen during the week, and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods on Sundays. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare pre-marinated poultry for packaging. * Wash, peel, and chop various vegetables. * Accurately weigh and portion different food ingredients. * Properly label and package prepared food items. * Uphold strict food safety and hygiene protocols in all tasks. * Follow established recipes and standard operating procedures. * Perform any other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of one to two years of relevant work experience is preferred. * Applications from individuals without prior experience are encouraged, as comprehensive training will be provided. * Ability to perform basic lifting tasks. * Must possess a valid Class 3 driver’s license with a clean driving history. * Familiarity with local roads and safe driving practices.
